I moved to Puerto Rico with my family. At this time my first language was English, it was a little difficult for me in School. The teacher did not speak Englsih and she did not understand me. I was starting kindergarten -
I graduated from 6th grade
At this time my first language was Spanish, I still dominate English but with a little difficulty, In my house we practice English with conversations and some writing -
My 9th grade graduation
I was 14 years old, I was strugguling with my English. My teachers were excellent and guided me through these difficult years. But I also mange to complete my courses. -
My 12th grade graduation
These years I was able to take advanced English courses, that help me prepare for my College years. My English was stronger. -
My B.A. graduation
I graduated with Magna Cum Laude my B.A. in Elemntary Education -
My first work experience
I started to work as a first grade bilingual teacher. It was a good experienced and it help me for future works. -
My English Teacher certification
Motivated by remembering my High School English teachers and my mom, I decided to become an English Teacher. Also it was a secure way to work in the Department of Education. -
I finished my English certification
I completed another of my professional goals, my English certification. -
Starting another goal
