The Samsung SII was released in April of 2011 which included a similar size screen ,but it introduced a better front camera with 2 megapixels instead of 0.3 megapixels.

1 year after the S2, the S3 released with the same megapixels in the rear camera(8). It also included 0.25 more of RAM in the phone.

The S4 came with 2GB of RAM double the S3. It also included 13 megapixels in the rear camera. Unlike the S3 ,which included only 8.

With a screen only .1 of inch bigger, it was a full HD screen. The back camera increased to 16 megapixel camera.

They both sported a 5.1 inch screen, 3GB of RAM, and a 16 megapixel back camera. The only difference was the fact that the edge had curved sides in addition to the screen.

They were both launched in February 2016 ,but the Edge would have seemed to be the best phone for display. This included a 5.5 inch screen compared to the S7 which only had a 5.1 inch screen. A feature added to the S7 was a dual 12 megapixel camera which assisted in low light pictures.

These phones are yet to release ,but photos and information have been leaked. A 5.8 inch screen wil exist on the S8 ,but a massive 6.2 will be included into the S8 Plus.
