Functionalism
In my mind the best view on this was having everyone doing there part to help the Sahel area get out of the drought and famine. France and Gambia gave therm food and the EU gave them cash and mixed food. The Red Cross gave them advisers and care, and the US gave them food and cash. It was a true time of unity and helping Sahel get on it's feet. -
