Fought on Breed's Hill. "Don't fire until you see the white of their eyes". They said this because they did not want to lose any ammunition because they were incredibly low. It is considered a British victory but only because the Americans ran out of ammo. This forced them to retreat. This however also proved to the British that beating the Americans would not be an easy feat. -
