    The Stamp Act was an act passed by the British Parliament to force direct tax on American colonists and required them to pay a tax on every piece of printed paper they used. Samual Adams was a strong opponent of British taxation. Samual Adams helped design resistance to the Stamp Act.

    The Boston Massacre was an event that took place on King Street in Boston where several people being harassed were shot and killed by British soldiers. Martial law took place bringing military control by a government in response to the emergency. The Boston Massacre was publicized by Patriots which are people who support their country along with Paul Revere and Samuel Adams.
