    The League of Nations was created a short while after World War I ended. The purpose of creating it was to never let such a war happen again. The benefits were that it ended the wars and kept peace for some time. The harm was that it gave one country a lot of power and victory while the losing country had to pay a lot for reparations and other sort of payment.

    The United Nations
    The purpose of the United Nations is to bring all nations of the world together to work for peace and development, based on the principles of justice, human dignity and the well-being of all people. The benefits are that it helps keep the world in peace and helped keep the world unarmed for a long time. The harm is that some decisions are not fairly made because some countries do not vote towards a decision because of political views such as USSR and China.

    When World War II ended, the international economic growth had a deep impact. This is when the IMF and World Bank was formed to help improve and stabalize the terrible economic conditions the wars had caused. The sole purpose was to support countries in Europe through loans to help pay for repairs; later on it started to monitor international trade and economic growth.

    The World Trade Organization (WTO) deals with the rules of trade between nations at a global or near-global level. It’s an organization for liberalizing trade. When governments of different nations have problems in trade, they approch WTO and work out in lowering trade restrictions. Some problems where that the WTO had a lot of sympathy towards developing nations.
