Rihanna was dicovered in her own country by american record producer Carl Sturken and Even Rogers. The producers where on vacation in Barbados. After meeting for the first time Rihanna went and sang some songs for Rogers. Rogers was impressed then took Rihanna and her mother, Monica to New York. Then she recorded some songs that would be sent to record labels. -
