    The declaration of independence is the statement to explain separation from Great Britain.Thomas Jefferson, Jhon Adams and Benjamin Franklin was tasked with drafting this statement. It was originally written by Thomas Jefferson.the statement was adapted by the congress at the Pennsylvania state on July 4th, 1776; which today we celebrate as the birth of American independence.

    American colonists weren't strong enough to defeat British military on their own.They needed foreign assistance. Therefore, French signed a treaty of alliance with the United State that will protect the neutral trade, shipping rights and support the colonists in the event of a war against the British; which is known as "The Model Treaty." But this treaty only contained to support American by supplying weapon and other indirect assistance in a favorable commercial terms.

The place of the battle was in Saratoga on the Hudson River in New York State.The patriot victory in this war is seen as the turning point the war. Around 5,000 surviving British troops surrendered which was the first large-scale surrender of British forces in the Revolutionary War. This has convened other foreign countries to be allied with America, because it shows the hope that America could win the war.

    The battle was occurred in Monmouth county, New Jersey. 10,000 British and German troops fought against 11,000 Americans. In this battle American fought on equal terms with British forces, because under Lee's command, American force repeatedly struck and retracted. And Washington used this tactic to make British underestimate the size of American force. However between 300- 500 people were killed, wounded and captured from both side. Most of them died because of heat stroke rather than combat.

    This was the war that was the end of American revolutionary war, when Cornwallis was with his 8,000 British troops in Yorktown, Virginia. They were expecting some help from New York, but the British ships never arrived. So Washington thought it was perfect time for American to trap British troops; so he ordered American troops to stop Cornwallis and his troops to escape the Yorktown, while French were stoping them by the sea. It left British with no choice but to surrender.
