The battle was significant because it was a surprise attack, the first rebel victory of the war, and the Battle of Fort Ticonderoga served as a confidence booster and provided key artillery for the Continental Army.

Major General William Howe and Brigadier General Robert Pigot landed in Charlestown Peninsula and marched to Breed's Hill. This battle was significant because the inexperienced colonial forces inflicted significant casualties against the enemy, and the battle provided them with an important confidence boost during the Siege of Boston.

Thomas Paine Common Sense was significant because it played major role to Americans and played a crucial role in convincing colonist to battle with England.

The Declaration of Independence was significant because it helped colonists to take over the fur trade, which gave them money for the Revolutionary War.

This battle was significant because the British gained control of the South and Americans lost soldiers due to them surrendering.

This battle was significant because was the Last battle of the American Revolution; Virginia marked the conclusion of the last major battle of the American Revolution and the start of a new nation’s independence.
