D-Day
After minight June 6, 1944 te allies attacked the German defenses. 4,600 invasion aircrafts and warships crossed the English Channel. 1,000 RAF bombers bombed the German denses meanwhile 23,000 British and American soldiers parachuted behind enemy lines. At dawn ships shot massive shelling at the coast and 150,000 allied troops began to come.
