Burwell v. Hobby Lobby
Hobby Lobby wouldn't let their workers have benefits, that included benefits for contraceptives. This became a problem because Hobby Lobby is more of a religous store that didn't believe in the use of contraceptives, and when a worker brought it up a case was created. -
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Abercrombie
Abercrombie wouldn't hire a woman of the muslim religion. They wouldn't hire her because her general look wasn't what they were looking for. This created a racial discrimination problem, and a case was created against Abercrombie.
