At first refugees are going to constitute the manpower in all kind of manual jobs. In small towns like ours this is great as very few people work on that sector.
What's more our towns economy is about to grow. The money refugees are getting for organizations will be spent in local shops. -
The create of the refugees camps in our town
Refugees will have a clean bed and a place to stay living in the specially made refugees camps, located nearby the big park in our town. These camps will provide to the refugees beds to sleep and some extra space for them to put their belongings. The camps will also provide shared baths and outdoors shower. The food will be cooked in the shared kitchen in the center of the camp. Trees , flowers and tables with chairs will be all around the camp so kids teens and adults spend their time. -
The church of the town will offer daily supple of food through charity
The refugees will need time to stand on their feet again . That's why the church and locals will provide food to them until the start working and have the money to buy food for them selves. When they start having some money they will cook in the camp kitchen. -
The locals cooperation with the towns officials donate clothing they don't need
Same here with the donation of clothing. Once the refugees make some money the will be buying their clothes by them selves from the shops in town. The donation however will be always welcomed and locals would donate everything they want to the refugees. -
Doctors specially hired to take medical care of the refugees
Medical care is the key to a good life. That's why refugees will always be under medical care with doctors hired to work inside the camps so they can help the refugees if something comes up. The camp will accommodate a place for the doctors to work like a small hospital with some beds for the sick persons. Doctors and nurses will have a separate room so they can rest and sleep if they need to. -
Research for jobs mainly in stockraising and tillage of the town and nearby villages
Refugees will have the opportunity to have jobs in the town or the nearby villages that has to do with tillage and livestock . They will be the main source of man power as people nowadays in towns don't usually work in the manual sector. Refugees however can't work in offices or have the same jobs as they were having in their country ,because they don't know the native language and they don't have the legal papers to do a job like that. So refugees will be fully integrated in the economy -
The towns schools create classes for the refugees kids and teens
Education is one of the most important thinks a person needs in his life. That's why our town will provide school lessons in the refugees kids and teenagers . The teachers will be carefully selected base of how well they know foreign languages . In our town their is already free after school lessons located in the center of the town. These lessons are offered to any kid or teen who need an extra help to learn the native language or math and any other lesson they might be struggling to. -
Welcome the refugees in our town
Now that almost everything is scheduled the refugees can come to our town and be a part of our community. But a common question is how many refugees can a small town like ours successfully integrated? Well in our town there is about 42.150 permanent citizens so the ideal number of refugees to come is about 5.000 - 5.500 . In that way all refugees will be successfully integrated in our town and they will make a new start again in our not just town but in country as well.
