    Lee De Forest " Borrowed" the idead of the audion tube. The Audition Tube amplifies signals. It was believed that a Canadian first invented the tube.

    Edwin Armstrong invented the th FM AM system. There are talk shows on the AM stations and music on the FM stations. Problem was that those type of radios needed stronger signals, so people had to buy a whole new radio.

    The first radio station at first names 8XK later named KDKA. Frank Conrad was the creator of the station, they used the phonograph for music, they would put the mic up to the player, so people could listen toit over the radio. its still active today in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

    The FRC was established in 1927, because Uncle Charlies were gettig to populer. So many people wanted their own station. so if you wanted to listen to your friends radio station, you might accedently get your neighbors station instead. So the FRC was created to make sure that doesn't haopen. you have to be licensed to have your station.
