8XK to KDKA. It was created by Frank Conrad. Today, it still remains around Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. -

WEAF aired a ten minute commercial. It cost 50 dollars. This made advertisements make money for Radio Stations. -

Organized for the licensing of transmitters after Uncle Charlie became too popular. They assigned radio station frequencies, call letters, and power limits. -

Major Edwin Armstrong
He invented the FM transmitter for a stronger signam and higher quality sound. Everyone was forced to buy a new radio. On AM it was all talking while FM was music. -
Golden Era

Also known as KISS-FM in Dallas, Texas. It was established under a different name and station. The late Kidd Kradick worked in this station.
