    For every customer that walks in the door we can offer a small sample of our food. I think we could do this at a small table right next to the door. This idea will put it in the customers face and will allow them to choose right away if they would like to try our food. This strategy will allow customers to try before they buy and build trust with customers and build awareness for our products.

    My traffic builder will be for every customer milestone 1,100,1000,etc. That customer will get free coffee for a whole year. I chose this because it makes the customers want to come in for the opportunity to earn it. This will improve our restaurants image because it will show generosity and ear brand loyalty when we come through on promises.

    20% of a large coffee. I would distribute them through the mail to the people within the city we are located in. This would help create the image that we want the best deals for our customers and want them to save the most money showing that we are people based rather than profit based.

    My incentive will be you get a ticket for every small coffee 2 for every medium and 4 for every large coffee to enter in a raffe in which we draw a name at the end of each month to give a gift card. The gift card amount will scale on how big our company is. This will build trust and earn loyalty within our company.

    We can create punch cards for our business. We can do for every 9 coffees bought you get 1 free. I selected this because it gets customers to keep coming back to earn their free item. This will improve customer loyalty.
