    In 1890 the 986 carbon was made by Couillet and was ues for gasworks at West Melbourne and worked there untill 1941. Then 986 carbon went to work as a tourist railway in walhalla in 1959.

    In 1914 A14 was built at Newport workshop and went to work at the Beech forest line, Colac. 49 years latter A14 was transferred to the belgrave train shed and is working on the narrow gauge line.

    In 1953 the 8A was the last train to run the Gembrook lines because of a landside blocked the gembrook line. In 1955 8A got sold to beaunmaris council and placed on a display at a kids playground. there it sat for 15 years, then it was removed from the park by puffing billy crew and got fixed up and fully run in 1982.

    G42 built by Beyer Peacock limited in 1926, he ran the lines of moe - walhalla untill that line cloesd in 1954.G42 then went to work at colac-beech forrest line untill 1962 when that closed. G42 then went to belgrave in 1968 in the mid 1980's the G42 got fixed up costing over $1.700.000.00 and returned to sevice inapril 2004

    In 1974 , when 14A was sttlen. They had driven to Selby but got stoped by police and railway staff then 14A was tansferred back to the shed by the railway staff.
