  • Mr. Wilson gets coined with the name Pudd’nhead Wilson and it is there to stay.

  • Pudd’nhead Wilson sets up as an attorney and Counselor-at-law.

  • Pudd’nhead Wilson meets Roxana, a slave, and her children, Thomas Becket Driscoll not a slave and Valet de Chambre a slave

    While they meet with him he takes there fingerprints

  • When Roxana gets back to her master is inquiring the other slaves, since they are stealing from the master, Mr. Driscoll.

    Mr. Driscoll sells all of these slaves "down the river"

  • 7. That night Roxana switched the slave and the free boy’s names.

  • During their boyhood they spent time together and Chambers always did whatever Tom told him to do no matter what.

    Tom treats Chambers with utter cruelty

  • Tom would tie Chambers clothes in knots in the river and laugh while Chambers struggled to untie them.

    Tom acts a jerk to her but Roxy bites back and convinces Tom to come to the haunted house next door.

  • Buck stone invites Angelo and Luigi to a rum party meeting

  • Judge Driscoll and Pembroke Howard are out fishing when the judge finds out that Tom won a lawsuit for assault against Luigi

  • When the judge gets home he talks to Tom about the lawsuit.

    The judge wants tom to challenge Luigi to a duel but he refuses.

  • Tom kills his uncle with Luigi's knife
