    a union strike created by the people who worked for iron and steel companies, this strike lead to a fight between Pinkerton's and the union after the fight all non union people kept their jobs.
  • U.S. v. E.C. Knight & Co goes to Supreme Court

    the american sugar refinery creating a 98% monopoly, in tow the U.S government sued them saying it violated the Sherman anti-trust act
  • Carrie Chapman Catt becomes president of the National American Women's Suffrage Association

    due to Carrie Chapman Catt becoming president she was able to get women the right to vote in 1920.
