  • Hepburn Act

    The Hepburn Act allowed the Interstate Commerce Commission to have jurisdiction and regulation over railroads. It helped change the rates of railroads.

    The Clayton Antitrust Act ensures fair competition and prevents unethical business practices. This act helped to prevent monopolies.

    It prohibited the sale distribution of Alcohol. It was illegal to transport, be consumed and sold.
  • 19th Amendment

    19th Amendment
    It allowed women the right to vote. The U.S. cannot deny the women the right to vote based of color, gender, race.
