Townshend Taxes and the Boston Massacre
When everything stated to be taxed no matter what it was or who you are. Whether you had money or not, and the Colonists got angry. This then led to violence. A colonist hit a red coat witht a club and then fires went off. In result to such insanity, 5 dealths were counted. This being the Boston Massacre. -
The Boston Tea Party
!50 colonists dresses from top to bottom as Mohawk indians dumped 150,000 pounds of tea over borad ships into the Boston Harbor as a rebelion agianst unfair taxation without representation. -
The Intolerable Acts
These were acts that angered the Colonists if they werent already angry enough. One of the acts included the Quartering act which demanded humble hostality to any red coat allowing them to stay in the houses of colonists as well as the comfert and providement of food and beverage and other necessities and wants. -
The First Coninental Congress
These included people from each of the colonies excluding Georgia. These individuals were the representers for the angry coloisits as they attemped to fix any possible problem thrown to them. Who fought agiasnt British Tyrany. One of the original people form this congress included George Washington himself. -
Battle of Lexington and Concord
This battle was for the British to seize a secret stash of weapons and to obtain power at Concord. As well as being the first military engagements of the American Revolutionary War. -
Second Contiental Congress
This was the secound round of representers. These indivuals included one very important author however... Thomas Jefferson, who wrote the Decloration of Independence setting American free formally from the British. -
Battle of Bunker Hill
This was the bloodiest war of the entirety of the American Revolution. As for 1000 British and 400 Colonist were killed/ Injured. As it took the British 3 times before the battle ended. -

Was the first document that had ever asked for independence from the British as it was written for the common people. -

Battles of Saratoga
Consisted of two battles - Freeman's Farm and Bemis Hieghts (a.k.a the turning point of the war). This then gave the French confidence, so they started to help the Americans fight agiasnt the British. -
Battle at Yorktown
Commanded by General George Washington, the colonial and French troops defeted that of the British. -
Treaty of Paris
This document when signed declared the end of the American Revolutionary war. America is now the land of the free, free from the British control and free to live the way in best suited in thier eyes.
