In August 2012 I re-committed my life to God and began attending church at New Covenant Worship Center in Jackson Ohio, where I still attend today. I soon joined the dance/drama team which I love! -
High School Graduation
I graduated from Wellston High School at the age of 17. I completed K-12 at Wellston City Schools. -
Attended SSU
I began studying Early Childhood Education at Shawnee State from my first semester, and still remain in the same program. -
Began Relationship
Thomas and I started dating near the end of my first semester at Shawnee. (The photo is from that day, and shows Thomas's true character!) -
Engagement
I said yes to my wonderful sweetheart on a beach at Lake Eerie! -
Initiated Into Sorority
I joined my wonderful sisterhood. Joining a sorority has been my favorite and most personally rewarding aspect of my college career so far. -
Enrolled in Phonics Course
I hope to learn solid strategies to teach young children about phonics. I believe that learning about phonics is fundamental to early reading. Reading has always been my favorite subject, and it is what I am most passionate about when it comes to educating. I have high expectations for this course because I know that I definitely will need and use the information.
