Wall Phone
When I was young, I had to answer the phone and stay next to it while talking. -
Exercise
I'd have to leave the phone hanging, and run to find my mom, so that she could take the call. -
Cordless Phone
We could finally answer a phone without being attached to the wall! -
The phone could move
I still was able to get exercise, but the person who took the call, didn't have to move! -
The first cell phone
My dad was able to carry a phone with him. -
Less Interruptions
I could play more without interruptions as the calls came directly to my dad on his cell phone. -
Dumb phones
Eventually lots of people have phones -
Fear
I became a parent in the process and now if all my kids don't have a phone, I feel worried for their safety. -
iPhone Domination
At this point and time, if you don't carry a phone, you are not in the norm. -
No more face to face
Now, everywhere I go, people are always checking their phones. I miss the good old days when we could just sit around and talk!
