Start of Elementary School, Public
This was my first day of school within APS. I went to E. Rivers Elementary school from 1st all the way to 5th grade. -
President Barack Obama's Inauguration
This was a very memorable moment of my life. I was 7 years old and I drove to Washington D.C. with my mother and my best friends family. It was a long drive to Maryland, but it was worth it. The day of the inauguration was extremely cold and crowded by a lot of people, and even though I wasn't able to see president Obama with my own eyes I was able to see the Washington Monument. -
The first time I left the Country
When I was 10 years old I left the country and went to Peru, for a missions trip. My mom is a missionary and she goes to different country with an origination to save people and I was able to go with her in the Summer of 2011. I had a lot of fun and was able to see a third world county. -
Communicators
When I went to Peru with my mom I learned Spanish and was able to communicate with people who spoke Spanish. -
The Second time I went to Peru
A year later I went back to Peru. This time was even better because all of the children i befriended grew up and we had a lot of fun, even though we spoke different languages. I walked up a steep mountain and went exploring with my mother's close friend's son -
Start of Middle School
This day was one of the most exciting days of my life, even though I didn't enjoy middle school. This was a new chapter in my life, going from elementary school to middle school. -
When I got my first iPhone
Over the summer of 2013 I got my first Apple product, an iPhone 4s. -
Risk-Taker
When I was in the 7th grade I decided to go out and try out for my Middle School's Lacrosse team, despite the fact I had not played in a long time. Luckily I made it and have played ever since. -
2014 Atlanta Snow Storm
This is one of the most exciting and scary moments in my life. I was in the 7th grade and it snowed all over metro and northern Atlanta. I did not get home until 8:45 and my mother didn't get home until after midnight. -
Inquires
During my freshman year my English teacher taught me the appropriate skills to research independently, and that made me a strong inquirer. -
Start of High School
This was my first day at High School. I attended, and still do attend, North Atlanta High School. This day was exciting because I was entering a new chapter of my life. -
Reflective
Over last summer I would go to a cemetery with a beautiful view of Atlanta to think. I would reflect and think on things that happened during my school year. I meditate on my strengths and weaknesses and see what I could do better during my Junior year. -
Vic Mensa Concert
This was my first Concert. Vic Mensa is a rapper from Chicago, who is one of my favorite artist. He released an LP earlier in 2016 and I went to his concert over the summer. -
Knowledgeable
During my sophomore year in Literature my teachers assignments helped me developed the skills of the knowledgeable. -
Open-Minded
I crated several shirts with unique patterns made by bleach embracing my own culture. -
Caring
I was caring when I bought my friend a jacket, after hers was stolen. My friend's jacket was stolen and I had enough money to buy myself two jackets but i bought her one. -
Balanced
During my Sophomore year in High School I learned how to become balanced, by balancing my school assignments and Lacrosse practice and my time at church. -
Thinker
Over the summer I was in a college preparatory camp, and during our math portion we solved problems, that seemed complex in order to "stretch our brains". Those problems allowed me to increase my thinking skills to solve complex problems. -
Principled
During my Summer College preparatory camp I was the leader in my film group. While I was the leader I showed honesty and Justice. -
My First Day of Work
I work at skyzone Indoor Trampoline Park. My first day was the summer of 2017. I shadowed one of my fellow coworkers and had fun.
