We bought our house in the neighborhood of Edison Park in Chicago in 2002, rebuilt it, and then moved in in 2004. I've lived here my whole life.

For my 7th birthday, my parents bought me a guinea pig. I named him Buddy. We all loved him so much, he was so cute. He actually lived for 6 years, which is incredibly long for a guinea pig.

I was in 5th grade when I had my first communion. I did it with my classmates, and we were all really excited. It was during a Saturday night church service at my church/school. It was my first big step in my faith.

I started playing club volleyball at energy in 6th grade. I stopped playing at energy in 8th grade. I made a lot of friends through volleyball, and improved my skills a lot. My club was sponsored by nike, which is really cool to me. All of our awesome gear was all nike.

my parents got me my first phone when I was in 4th grade, for Christmas. I was so excited because all of my friends had phones so I could finally text and call them without my ipod. It was a flip phone, but I still thought it was cool.

Jamaica

I went to Jamaica with my family the summer going into 8th grade. It was so beautiful, and fun. The water was so clear. and the fish were really cool. It was an amazing trip for me.

I was confirmed in May of 2014, with my classmates. I was in 8th grade. It was held at my church/school in park ridge. It was a really big step for me in my faith.

I graduated 8th grade at St. Andrews Lutheran School in park ridge. Me and the rest of my class of 13 were excited to graduate and go onto high school, but sad to leave each other. We all had a very close bond. I attended my grade school from kindergarten all the way through 8th grade.

I went on to attend Saint Viator High School in Arlington Heights, only knowing my best friend Chase. I played volleyball and lacrosse at Saint Viator. I made a lot of friends and did well in my academics.

my family, my best friend Mae, and I went on a trip summer of 2015 to maui, hawaii. It was a magical place, and was truly unforgettable. I cried when I was leaving, I never wanted to go home again.

transferring high schools

I transferred to Taft High School in Chicago the second semester on sophomore year. My last high school, Saint Viator, was not a good fit for me. I love Taft, and do well in my academics here. I play lacrosse here, and was starting varsity as a sophomore.

I got my license and car on my 16th birthday. I got a 2003, white toyota camry. I was very excited to get my license and own car so I can finally drive myself around and go out more with friends.
