The 4th persecution was caused by Emperor Marcus Aurelius in 161AD until 180AD. After 180 the Church was flourishing in Asia, Northern Africa, Europe and in the Far East. -

6th and 7th Persecutions
Emperor Maximinus the Thracian started the 5th persecution in 235AD it lasted until 238AD. The 7th was caused by Emperor Decius it lasted from 249AD until 251AD. Many people were made martyrs. Determined to exterminate the Christians, Decius went all out on killing every Christian. -

8th, 9th and 10th Persecutions
Emperor Valerian started thr 8th Persecution in 253AD and lasted until 260AD.Emperor Aurelian was responsible for the 9th Persecution in 270AD and it lasted to 275AD. In the reigns of Diocletian and Galerius in 303AD until 311AD was the worst and last persecution the 10th. But this persecution failed as had all the rest. Now Christianity is now the most followed religion. -
