    Gave the military broad powers to ban any citizen from a 50 to 60 mile wide coatal area stretching from Washington state to California and extending inland into southern Arizona. It also authorized transporting these citizens to assembly centers. Americans were worse and more sweeping, uprooting entire communities and targeting ciztizens as well as residdent aliens.
