Many Scholars that I found say that Paul wrote Philippians near the end of his imprisonment in Rome around 61AD.

During my research I believe that 1 Timothy & Titus were written between Paul's first and second imprisonment, because he doesn't mention being imprisoned in either of the Epistles. He dose how even mention being imprisoned in 2 Timothy.

"The time for my departure has come" 2 Timothy 4:6. During Paul's imprisonment he wrote to Timothy for the second time. Paul knew he was going to be put to death and wanted to warn Timothy.

"Fire consumes much of Rome as a result anyone considered a leader of the Christians in Rome would be subject to arrest and death." (Wilson 10.4) So it is likely this is the reason that Paul was imprisoned for a second time.

Experts range Paul's death between 64-68AD during the reign of Nero. I found a few articles stating that he most likely died between 64-65AD. (Wilson 10.4)
