    Dewy began traveling starting in japan and then china where his wife was actually in Peking China when protesters rose against the the allies choices in territory dividing. this caused dewy to spend two years in china giving over 200 lectures .

  • Dewey's Experiential Learning Theory/Pragmatic Theroy of truth

    Under the "Experimental learning theory" Dewy essentially says knowledge is built off on experience's. As a teacher the role of gathering lessons and apply it to real life situations tailored to the students. Allowing deeper knowledge of a subject and application to different situations and models. essentially its a method to teach without restricting the creative process. Dewy also breaks down that "truth" in science is not accepted beliefs but verified results of past inquiry.

    After battling his mental health for years Dewy died of pneumonia in his New York city home.
