Emily's 12th Birthday
Emily asked to be brought back to her twelfth birthday before she goes back to living with the dead. Emily misses being in the land of the living, and says people don't slow down to realize how good life is. -
Morning in Act 1
It begins with the audience being introduced to people, the stage manager, and to the town of Grover's Corner. -
Evening in Act 1
School is let out, and George goes and talks to Emily about school. She decides that she'll help him with his homework if he asks. -
George and Emily
George and Emily discuss their futures. Emily tells him he's changed and they go to Mr. Morgans drugstore. -
George and Emily get married
George goes to see Emily in the morning, but she is sleeping. They have some doubts before the wedding, but do get married. -
Cemetery
Many have died including: Mrs. Gibbs, Simon Stimson, Mrs. Soames, and a few others. Emily died in childbirth and joins them. She misses her live family, so she asks to go back and live those days again. -
