Gathered in One Ship
One of the ships that the Pilgrims were on broke down. Just as they lost hope they all gathered onto the Mayflower. Many of them got seasick because they were not use to the water. In the end, the journey was long and sucessful. -
Ship Landed
The Pilgrims finally reached their destination, Cape Cod. As soon as they stepped foot onto land, they began to pray to God that they made it. The problem here is that there was no shelter nor materials to even make one. As well as not having any food around to nurish their bodies. -
The Harsh Winter Months
It was a brutal winter for the Pilgrims. They lost almost half of their company, give or take a few. The Piligrim who was bullying everyone eventually died and the Pilgrims were at peace. -
Then, They Met
In mid-March, the Native American, Samoset of the Pemaquid tribe, came and talked to the Pilgrims. He informed them about the land and profits of it all. Samoset and his people some days later brought back tools that they stole. -
The Thanks They Gave
The very first Thanksgiving came. The even lasted three day instead of the traditional one. Massasoit and almost a hundred of his men were a part of this big event.
