Introduction Abiotic Factors of an Ecosystem
There are numerous amounts of abiotic factors that go along in each ecosystem. For example water flow rate, salinity, acidity, oxygen, light levels, depth, and temperature. These all make up the ocean along with biotic factors. With this timeline it will go through each step and explain the factors that affect the ocean. -
Burning Of Fossil Fuels
The world is full of the burning of fossil fuels for many reasons. Human activity such as factory working, fuel oil, and the use of common natural gasses. These are used on the daily and is truly affecting the ocean. This affects the ocean since the increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which causes global warming. This is warming up the ocean causing more acidification in the ocean. -
Increased carbon dioxide
The increasing of carbon dioxide starts with ocean warming which absorbs the ocean and affects all the factors of the ocean. With this carbonic acid is made, and creates acidification. Acidification is ruining the ocean and many biotic and abiotic factors. -
PH in the Ocean
Ph is now a big threat to the ocean as it changed from the beginning of time. Throughout time since global warming is changing the world it will only get lower and lower if people keep up the same as what we are doing to the world. There is no balance in it weather it gets high or low. -
Ocean Acidification
Ocean acidification is also a huge influence to the ocean as it is damaging many animals and factors in the ocean which can lead to worse un-balance of the ocean. For example sea urchins are getting killed off since there shells are being affected and with this it can cause the animals that pray the sea urchins to die off as well, and the chain will go from there. This is a huge influence on the ocean. -
coyotes in the city
This goes with the whole ocean trends since both at one point will become unbalanced. Both of the ecosystems are being taken over with by humans. Coyotes ecosystems is being taken over since humans are building in their territory. Trends of the ocean is being taken over by humans since the humans are using the amount of fuels causing carbon dioxide. Both are very similar.
