They became obsolete in 2012 This is because when you got a smart phone you can call someone for free instead of paying 50-75 cents for a call. -
Wii vs Switch
Wii was really popular in 2006-2010 and then Wii U came out in 2009 and that was popular from 2010-2015. The Wii went obsolete in 2018 a year after the switch came out and everyone got there hands on a switch. Both Wii and Switch are owned by the same company Nitendo.
