    Plato's Problem
    Chomsky decides to tackle the issue of how a child's mind works and linguistics plays a part on association of innate and learning. Platos problem is a dialectic problem where Plato tried to explain how an uneducated child can solver geometrical problems without a math background(McGilvray). Chomsky attempts his theory in his work, "aspects of the theory and syntax", where he inquires the characterization on the system on how a child's minds associates terms and language.

    Chomsky in his first political essay, "The responsibility of Intellectuals:, where he decides to make the case on how college professors had a certain power to disperse information, and they lied to the public about the Vietnam War. Chomsky political views is that intellectuals and the general public should make their own political views.

    Chomsky applied his political views to the public where he defended Robert Faurrison, a french lecturer who denied the existence of gas chambers used in Nazi Concentration Camps.(Biography.com)

    Chomsky continued his attack on media and the public to be independent thinkers. In 2002 a collection of essays he analyzed the event of 9/11 and the effects of U.S Foreign Policy and media control(biography.com). He interprets how certain key events that America involvement had an effect on the terrorist attack of 9/11.
