1964, Knight and his former Coach at University of Oregon Bill Bowerman created the first iconic Nike show called “Tiger Cortez”. The Tiger Nike Cortez was an inspiration after the Japanese shoe brand Ontisuka Tiger. Ontisuka was also BRS partner in 1964. -
