Bohr was led to be extremely cautious in his writings and choice of words due to his understanding of the difficulties of unbiased and candid communication and problems with words, language (translation), and ambiguity in understanding. Dr. Bohr
Niels Bohr completed his PhD with a thesis based on Lorentz-Drude Electron Theory of Metals. The same year he moves to Cambridge England in hopes of working with JJ Thomas the discoverer of the electron at Cavendish Laboratory. (Mukunda. 878) -

Director

Niels Bohr Death
Bohr's discovery of Quantum physics as we know it and the discoveries of quantum properties in atoms are on par with Einstein. This is what Kuhn would call a paradigm shift. It makes sense that the pair worked and admired each other to the point of writing deep personal letters and meeting on multiple occasions. Each believed that the other was smarter. Bohr was a philosopher in his own right in understanding the need for metal elasticity when dealing with properties on a quantum level.
