    Lenin's death was a struggle for power in the Soviet Union. Joseph Stalin took control of Soviet Union because he was able to build alliances and eliminated his opponents.

    On March 7, 1936, German troops moved into the Rhineland, the area which had forbidden German troops to enter. This was the first move of Adolf Hitler.
