His wife had said she had no idea that her photo would be considered controversial. She was getting comments on her picture of her desecrating the flag and the father of the baby had told the new that, thats he his baby and that is what he was fighting for.

    Most wanted is Timothy A. Bennett Jr. , Each Thursday Erie Times-news would publishes more inforation about the suspects soughts by the erie county sheriffs office. It all began in March 2004, and there are 826 suspects that have been taken into police custody. The police had said that Bennett is wanted by the Erie County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for recceiving stolen property and conspiracy.

    A local couple had walked into a police station and had turned themselfes in. After a investigation found they severely injured a two week old baby girl last summer. The police had arredted 26-year old Wendell Mulkey and 21-Year Old Miranda Fay at their current home in warrn pa. (The baby had also suffered from several broken ribs, breaks in both legs, and break in her arm and the autopsy found that some of them are healing.)

    The Erie County Health Department is getting involved in with Save-A-Lot on Borad Street. They have found larvae inside the pasta boxes. They say that they need to find out if it was a promblem that was in the store, or is a promblem that occurred maybe durning trasportion to the store, or even durning a warehouse somewhere, or was it a promblem that came from the manufacturer.Says Karen Tobin! The store did move all the products off of the shelfs and new ordered.

    An erie man was sentenced this morning in the eire county court to serve five years, five months to 24 years in state prison for his role of robberies at two branches of the Erie Fedral Credit Union.
