The mediator was present. The teams decided it was time to meet across the table. -

Negotiating for the board were Jack Cambest. Dr. Whitfield, Eric Kocsis, Ed Smith and Mike LaMantia. The mediator was present. Brooke Elliott, PSEA Uni-serve Rep has replaced Rob Dill as BSEA's chief negotiator. -
