blitzkrieg was a military tactic that creates disorganization among opposing forces by using mobile forces and firepower. This tactic was used because they wanted to try it out against Poland which is the country Germany was invading. After the invasion of Poland by the Germans, they put a brick wall around the 1 square mile of Jews, there was also barbed wire and guards. Nobody was allowed to leave or they would be killed right away. The Germans got to choose how much food they get to eat and this killed many of them. Dropping of the Atomic Bombs
This was the day where the first ever atomic bomb was dropped. it was an American bomber that was attacking a city in Japan named Hiroshima. This bomb almost killed everybody in this city and later thousands of others died from radiation. Three days after this attack, another bomb dropped on Nagasaki and killed many more. This was the last life of the war, the last battle that occurred. It was between Germany and the US. This was the bulge because of the way the Germans surrounded the US.
