Earliest Evidence of Aboriginal People in Australia
Australia’s earliest known site of human occupation of the Australian coast was been discovered in a distant cave in Western Australia, pushing back the start date of Indigenous occupation to more than 50,000 years ago. Archaeologists led by the University of Western Australia found evidence of old life on Barrow Island in the country’s north west, discovering charcoal, animal remains and ancient artefacts that confirmed the Aboriginals hunting and gathering occupation. -

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex bordering what is now El Giza, Egypt. The pyramid was constructed out of stone blocks, each weighing at least 2 tons. There are theories suggesting that multiple men together navigated each block over a ramp that surrounded the structure as it rose. Mr First Dog
On this day I came home from school to find that my parents had bought a dog from a family who could no longer keep her. I think this was important because Suzie was my first and only dog and i think not only being a great dog she taught my brother and I to be more responsible. As well as helping us kind of understand death a bit more after she passed away if that makes sense. -
The Buying of my Turtle
On the 15th of December 2016 my family and I walked into a pet store unknowing that we would walk out with a short neck turtle, whom I named Squirtle. I honestly don't have a good reason to have named him that it just felt right at the time, however his name before (in the store) was Squirt so it still is close. -
