    On November 10, 1799 Napoleon came back from Egypt ready to seize power of France. He lead troops to the National legislature surrounding it and driving most of its members out. The remaining voted dissolving the Directory turning it into three consuls with Napoleon as the first consul. This is viewed as a Political achievement.

    On January 18, 1800, Napoleon founded the Banque de France. He built this bank to help build up the economy after the strong downfall after the revolutionary period. This gave France more money and began to stable them more. This achievement was Economic.

    On June 14, 1800, Napoleon won the Battle of Marengo. This was a major win for Napoleon which helped to secure Napoleon's power as First Consul as well as expelling the Austrians from most of Italy. This was a Military accomplishment.

    On April 11, 1803, Napoleon signed a treaty with the United States selling Lousiana for about 15 million dollars. In doing this Napoleon got the finances to fund his foreign wars. Then within 24 hours of signing the peace treaty with the United States, First Consul of the Republic Napoleon, acquired Louisiana from Spain by the secret Treaty of San Ildefonso. This achievement was Economic.

    On July 15, 1801 Napoleon signed an agreement with Pope Pius VII. This changed the relationship between church and state. In doing this the government recognized the influence of the church but rejected its control. This way Napoleon gained the support of the Church and the majority of the french people. This achievement was social.

    On March 21, 1804 Napoleon created the Napoleonic Code. This was said to be one of his greatest works. It was a system of laws. This gave the country a stable set of laws and eliminated many injustices. This achievement was Social.

    On December 2, 1804 Napoleon was crowned emperor. He was crowned emperor at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. When Napoleon was getting crowned by the pope he took the crown out of the popes hands crowning himself king symbolizing that he was more powerful than the church. This was a political achievement.

    On December 2, 1805, Napoleon masterminded one of his greatest victories. Fighting against Russian Tsar Alexander I, the Holy Roman Empire, and Francis I of Austria in the battle of Austerlitz Napoleon he created a trap that split up the enemy's army allowing Napoleon to take advantage killing and capturing 26,000 enemies essentially leading to the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire. This success was Military.

    On May 10, 1806, Napoleon founded the University of France. It had 17 branches of faculties throughout France. Napoleon founded this after building several state secondary schools focusing on science, math, military, and political sciences. This brought standard education to people all over the country essentially making the country smarter as a whole. This achievement is social.

    On November 21, 1806, Napoleon issued the "Berlin Decree" forbidding all of his allies and the people he conquered to trade with Britain. At this point, Napoleon had just recently conquered or become allies with every major power in continental Europe. Doing this isolated Britain Economically starting an economic collapse of Britain making it easier for Napoleon to conquer. This was an Economic success.

    On July 7, 1807, Napoleon signed a peace treaty with Russia after his surge of victory against Austria, Prussia, and Russia. These successes gave him the power to build the largest European empire since the Romans. This success was the military.

    On February 26, 1815, Napoleon escaped from Elba with 700 men coming back to power in France. He then fought in The Hundred Days War. He ran France for this time instead of Louis XVIII. This was a Political achievement.
