First game console that I received as a child for my fifth birthday. This was Sony’s latest gaming device since the Sony Genesis. I played many games with my triplet brothers and other siblings over the years. This gaming device was the most advanced of its time and had many different genres of games ranging from E (everyone) to M (mature) audience. Image retrieved from Wikipedia.
  • Myspace

    Myspace
Myspace was a social media webpage that connected users to one another. This was the first social media account that I created on my own. Myspace was very user friendly; people were able to add backgrounds, write descriptions about themselves, upload music, customize “favorite friends” and send messages. I remember spending countless hours sending messages, creating my page to include the latest music and organizing my “favorite friends”. Image retrieved from Wikipedia

    First MP3 Player
I received my first MP3 player for Christmas, The Dell Digital Jukebox. I was in middle school during this time and music was a big focus for me. The Dell Digital Jukebox that I owned had 15 BG and could hold 2,500 songs. I could remember using Dell’s Music Software to download and upload music which was not a very user friendly setup. iPhone
The iPhone was the first smart phone that I owned. This device helped me balance my social life and organize my school work. I continue to own an iPhone eleven years later. This smart phone originally only had one camera that was on the back of the phone and allowed the user to download applications to help user connect to social media, edit photos and other helpful tools.
