Some parents describe it as the best day of there lives, or some think of it as the hardest. These first time parents are having twins. Being the poorest family in the poorest country, they know it will be a long road ahead of them. -
Decisions..
After talking for almost the full term, they knew they had to make a decision. They both knew they couldnt support both children and themselves. They decided they would keep the first born twin, boy or girl, and give up the other child for adoption. Knowing it would be a hard, they had to stick with the plan. -
The Day
The day that they were dreading was finally here, the day they would have a choose one. After eight hours of laber a beautiful girl was born and noless than one minute later a adorable boy was born. When realizing they were keeping the baby girl they came up with the name Kalila, which means dearly loved. -
Hard Work Pays Off
After fourteen years Kalila had no idea she had a twin, she had no time to ponder about it anyway. All her time went to selling her moms homemade goods at the market. When Kalila would get home she would have her chours and make sure the house was clean for when her dad would get home from work. Kalilas dad had recently started a new job making one gold coin a day which was a big pay raise. -
She Had to Grow Up to Fast
With Kalila always being busy with helping out and lack of money, she could not attend school. She also had no time for friends. It's like she was forced to grow up to fast, she had more responablities than an adult. She had to go to the market everyday, which was infront of the castle. Not all people could do that! -
Secrets and Suspicion
Day after day the soldiers would watch Kalila as she passes nad stare at her until she was out of sight. one guard that was dear to the royal family would go after each time she would pass and tell the queen. This was starting to raise suspicion for Prince Matthew. -
Reveled
One day as Kailia was passing and Jeffrey was telling Queen Hannah and King Henry about Kalila passing, Prince Matthew was listening at the door. He heard Jeffrey talking about how much they look alike and how they look just like their dad. He found out her name and how she usually passed around 7:30 every morning and around 6 going back home. -
The Plan
After a few tears, a few days, and finding out who he really is; he came up with a plan. He decided that today would be the day that he would carry it out too. He woke up extra early so he would be able to have time to sneak pass the gaurds and not wake up his parents. After finally pass all the obatacles, he hide behind a wall that was righ infront the market so he could wait for his sister. -
Is It Really You
Person after person passing and no Kalila. But, just as he was about to go back to the castle, this beautiful girl walked right passed him.This girl looked almost like a mirrior image of him. As she was getting futher and futher away from him so he yelled,"Kalila?"She turned and suddenly had the most confused look on her face.After 30 minutes of explaining what was going on.They both felt this bond that they couldn't help.They knew they needed to be together,seperation would just be punishment.
