    I started in girl scouts before I got to kindergarten. I began as a bee, which is a stage before daisy and continued until the end of 6th grade being a cadette.

    I began kindergarten in San Jose Elemental. I was 5 years old.

    We competed in a band competition. I was in second grade, and i was in the band, usually holding the banner with another classmate.

    Since first grade I have always been on the high honor roll and excellence honor roll.

  • I won an SM short story contest.

    The contest was to write a short story about anything you wanted, everyone in my school submitted one. This contest was from the book company, SM. In the contest there were 35 schools competing, including San Jose. To the finals made it 5 short stories of each grade (third grade, fourth, fifth and sixth grade) a total of 20 stories. They named a winner for each grade. I was in third grade when i won first place.

  • I got invited to an National Security internship, but I did not plan to go even though it was an honor. .
