My Birth
I was born in [Gastonia](www.cityofgastonia.com), North Carolina. My dad had a baby with his previous wife and her name is Kayla. She is now 18 and I love her very much. -
My First Hurricane
Hurricane Katrina was my first hurricane. Although I was only 2 to 3, I remember hearing about it and how devastating it was. I wasn't anywhere near it though cause it was in New Orleans so I wasn't traumatically effected. -
The start of my Soccer Career
So I started playing soccer when I was three years old. I believe I played at [Tuckasegee Park] (www.mtholly.us) to start me off. I've been playing ever since, every year I've played a season. -

Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet instead of an actual planet. That leaves our solar system with only 8 planets instead of 9.

A huge cyclone in Burma/Myanmar killed 133,000 people. The huge storm was called Cyclone Nargis. One of the deadliest natural disasters ever.

New President and History
Barack Obama was the first African-American president and I did not think that was the significant thing. He was a pretty good president according to a lot of Americans. And he was Hawaiian. -
Huge Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan
Tohoko earthquake and tsunami in japan was one of the biggest ever recorded. It was a 9.0-9.1 magnitude. 15,894 deaths, 6,152 injured, 2,562 people missing. -
Moving houses
So luckily I didn't move schools or anything. I did move neighborhoods and out of the house I grew up in though. A lot of my friends lived in that area anyways.
