Madam President, I am happy to announce that on the day of July 4th, 2064 North Korea's top leaders did infact perish ending the war between the country and I that we have been battling together for the last nine years. The people there are starved and living in poverty. I hope that the United States and any other world power would be kind enough to help them get back on there feet for the forseeable future. I am giving you permission to go into North Korea and set up a democracy. -Good Guy -
