5th Grade
When I was in fifth grade I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I loved my fifth grade teacher and she inpired me to become a teacher. -
High School Graduation
This is the year I graduated from Salem High School in Salem, NH. I would be going on to College to begin my dream of becoming an Elementary School Teacer. -
College Journey
In the Fall of 2005, I began my teaching journey at Plymouth State University. -
Student Teaching
This is the year I began student teaching. I started out in a Kindergarten classroom located in Franklin, NH. -
Student Teaching
The year of 2009 was my last year to student teach. This was the big year where I would be taking over the classroom and stepping in the role of a teacher. I completed my student teaching at Jennie D. Blake Elementary School in Hill, NH in a first grade classroom. -
Plymouth State University
I graduated from Plymouth State University with a Childhood Studies degree and Teacher Certification K-8. -
Soule Elementary School
I began working at the Soule Elementary School in Salem, NH as an Instructional Assistant for two first grade students in Special Ed. -
Soule Elementary School
My second year out of college I continued as an Instructional Assistant at Soule School but this time for a fourth grade student in Special Ed. This was the same year I enrolled back into school. -
Rivier College
I decided to go back to receive my master's degree in education. I am enrolled in the program Educational Studies and will be graduated with my M.Ed in Education in December of 2012. -
Soule Elementary School
For the 2011-2012 School year, I was hired as a Title 1 Teacher, still at Soule Elementary School in Salem, NH. I would be working with various grade levels and a team of five Title 1 teachers. -
Tutor
In the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year, I began tutoring for two students who attend Soule School in the 2nd and 4th grade. -
Haigh Elementary School
Today I received a phone call from the principal at Haigh Elementary School in Salem, NH offering me the job to become a Kindergarten teacher. I will finally be starting the next chapter in my life and I cannot wait!
