Hero choice discussion with parents.
I asked my mom and dad who their heros are and who they think I should do for this project. Needless to say they gave me the most obvious names such as Mother Teresa. -

Started researching for a biography over Rachel Carson.
We went into the library to search for books. I searched online and found that they had a good one over at the library across the street. I also searched online for articles over Carson. -
Went and actually got the biography over Rachel Carson at Fort Bend Library.
I got the book I needed! I also started my timetoast on this date! -
Read 25 pages of biography
I am reading more about Carson's childhood and how her past helped her decided her job choices and where her development of love for nature sprouted from. -
Learning more about Caron's high school and college life.
I find her life so interesting! She went to a college not far from her mom because they were best friends. Makes me charish my relationship with my mom more. -
Got number for interview.
I got the number for the girl I am planning to interview about Rachel Carson and about love of the environment. This girl is an envirnmentalist and is studying it in college, or so I have been told. Hopefully she knows Rachel Carson! -
