U.S. Combat Withdrawal in Iraq
Combat troops from war-torn Iraq were retracted by President Barack Obama. Only 50,000 non-combat were left to remain, officially, to work in advising, training and assisting Iraqi security forces. -

This device is 7.5 mm thinner and 22% lighter than the iPad 2. Bezels were shrunk, cameras were upgraded and need switched to an A7 processor matched by an M7 motion co-processor. -
Narendra Modi Wins in India
May parliamentary elections were won by Narendra Modi leading the Bharatiya Janata Party and became the first minister of India. Modi is hoped to bring economic development to the whole country although he may face some global problems. -
iPad Pro
The firs iPad Pro was announced. It was a 12.9-inch tablet with an A9X processor, 4 gigabytes of DDR 4 RAM. It is also the first Smart Connector port and optional Smart Keyboard and support for the Apple Pencil. It’s cost is $799. -
iOS 11
Multitasking was improved with this new operative system, with additions like a Mac-like dock, a dedicated Files app, and drag-and-drop for compatible apps.
