    Television is a device that broadcasts films. Growing up, television played an important part in my life. It’s a device that we still use today, serving as a source of information and entertainment.
  • DVD Player

    DVD Player
    A DVD player is a device that plays movies and audio by simply inserting a CD or Compact Disc. I consider it a privilege to be part of the last generation of kids to use this kind of media. It was a crucial part of my childhood because it played my favorite movies, which I will remember for my whole life.
  • Cellphones

    Cellphones
    A cellphone is a portable telephone that can make and receive calls over a radio frequency link while the user is moving within a service area. I remember borrowing my father's cellphone to play games and texting my mom. It's nostalgic.
  • Books

    Books
    Books are printed media that contain information, stories, or poetry, for example. I started going to school when I was 4 years old (Daycare), and I remember figuring out how to read a simple children's book. Even though I struggled to read, I could understand the story through the pictures provided. I was completely immersed in it.
  • Radio

    Radio
    Radio is a device used for listening to music and programs that are broadcast to the public. We never had one at home, but I encountered radios in public places like thrift stores and practically everywhere.
  • Laptop

    A laptop is a personal computer that can be easily moved and used in various locations. I enjoy using a laptop because I can do different things on it, whether it's watching movies, listening to music, or playing games. It keeps me entertained for a long time.
  • Portable DVD Player

    It was a portable DVD player. It was lighter than a regular DVD player, so I could carry it wherever I wanted. It also had other features like games. I remember having the time of my life using it, and since my friends didn’t have one, I proudly bragged about it.

    A magazine is a thin book with large pages and a paper cover that contains articles and photographs, published every week or month. I remember using magazines for school projects; they often had a lot of pictures, so I would cut them out to paste on my work.
  • Social Media

    Social media are websites and programs that help people communicate, engage, share information, and collaborate. Influenced by my friends, I started using it just for fun. Soon, I discovered that it's more than just fun, it's interactive and easy to use.
  • Projector

    Projector
    A projector is a device that allows you to display images, videos, or other content on a large screen or surface. I first encountered this media as a 5th grader when we used it during lessons. The projector made presentations much easier than traditional Manila paper because it was more visible and presentable.
  • VR (Virtual Reality)

    VR (Virtual Reality)
    VR, or Virtual Reality, is a three-dimensional, computer-generated environment that can be explored and interacted with. One of my friends had a VR setup, and I was impressed when I used it because it felt like I was really in a virtual world. It also had high-quality sound, which completely immersed me in the artificial environment.

    News Paper
    A newspaper is a publication of daily news printed on paper and distributed to everyone. I saw a physical copy of a newspaper for the first time in 7th grade during our Journalism class. It was fascinating to see it in person because I thought people no longer used them.
